Mark practices heavily in real estate and estate planning. He also represents clients in civil suits; handles probate matters and estates; drafts wills and durable and medical powers of attorney; represents townships and businesses; creates corporations; and represents clients in bankruptcy. He serves as guardian ad litem in many cases. Mark also serves as Juvenile Court Commissioner for Lincoln County, Wisconsin.
